Our FAQ area regarding membership covers a lot of basic information regarding your membership.  Once you’ve reviewed the FAQs, select the membership level that’s right for you or your organization:

Professional: The vast majority of CASPAA members are professional members. Annual dues for professional membership is $79.

For only $79 per year, you can join the premier organization for assistants!

The Multi-VA membership offer discounted dues to team members, provided they conduct their membership under the Multi-VA’s business name.  The annual Multi-VA owner’s dues are payable at the regular Professional rate of $79, with a discounted fee of $39 for each additional team member.

Multi-VA Membership

• Owners of multi-VA firms may purchase their membership at the regular rate of $79, and each additional membership for their team members at a discounted fee of $39. (Team members must participate in CASPAA under their team’s business.)

For only $79 per year, you can join the premier organization for assistants!

For only $39 per year, you can purchase a membership for each of your Multi-VA team members.  You will need to create each membership individually.

Student: Student memberships are available to full-time students of colleges, universities and other approved educational institutions at a discounted rate of $49 per annum. Students must ensure that their application and payment is received at least 60 days prior to their graduation date.

Students must fulfill strict proof of student status requirements. To apply for student membership, students must submit when joining or renewing:

A student ID (fax or photocopy)

AND

One of the following: (a) Copy/Fax of a recent transcript with name of the institution, name of the student, and a date including the year or (b) Copy/Fax of a class schedule provided by the Registrar with name of the institution, name of the student, and a date including the year or (c) Copy/Fax of a receipt for tuition payment with name of the institution, name of the student, and a date including the year

Students must also provide the month and year of expected graduation.

No student application will be processed before receipt of all three of these items.

Student Membership

• Students interested in supporting coaches, authors, and/or speakers in their VA business. (Must provide proof of current student status in a recognized virtual assistant or related post-secondary program.) The student membership fee is $49 and is available for the first year of participation, regular membership rates apply thereafter.

Supplier Associates

• Software/system providers
• Industry training institutions and providers

For only $99 per year, you can join the premier organization for assistants as a Supplier Associate and enjoy generous advertising and cooperative marketing discounts.
