What Is CASPAA?

CASPAA is a supportive community of virtual assistant professionals from start-up to growth stages in their businesses. What brings us together are common professional goals, commitment to promoting our industry, and a desire for information and insights – from client procurement and marketing to best practices.

CASPAA’s mission is to advance the interests of our members and enhance public awareness of our industry through education, advocacy, and communication.

What CASPAA Is Not

  • We are not a VA placement agency.
  • We do not seek business for our members or guarantee you will get clients, but will offer advice, tools and opportunities for you to learn how to succeed.
  • We are not a non-profit association but a networking organization.
  • We are not a governing body institution for Virtual Assisting, but a supportive community based on collaboration and sharing.

CASPAA’s Vision Statement

CASPAA links virtual assistants in a global network that inspires, establishes and supports the highest professional standards of quality and innovation in virtual assistance. We are recognized as the professional association of choice for virtual assistants who aspire to excel in their support of coaches, authors and speakers.

CASPAA’s Mission Statement

Provide lifelong learning opportunities that give CASPAA members the tools and information they need to be the best in their chosen disciplines.

Share among our membership best global communication practices, ideas and experiences that will enable us to develop highly ethical and effective performance standards for our profession.

Lead the way in the use of advanced information technology in the virtual assistant industry.

Unite virtual assistant who support coaches, authors and speakers worldwide in one diverse, multifaceted organization under the banner of the Coaches, Authors, Speakers Professional Assistants Association.

CASPAA Code of Ethics

  • Members shall work within integrity and honesty at all times and provides only those services that they are qualified to provide.
  • Members must uphold a 100% confidentiality agreement with clients and colleagues. No confidential information shall be used for personal gain.
  • Members shall not knowingly be a part of any illegal or unethical activity.
  • Members must engage in professional development in order to remain current in their skills and technical abilities as a Virtual Assistant.
  • Members will promote unity and collaboration among VA’s.
  • Members will be an advocate for the VA profession and promote the profession when opportunities are presented.
  • Members will not conduct themselves in any way that would jeopardize the reputation of the CASPAA.

Failure to comply with the above code of ethics may result in the cancellation of a VA’s membership with CASPAA.
